Sophie-Hermine Bertrand established Excellence and Tradition Ltd after realising that there were many artists and artisans producing beautiful products who were unable to find a marketplace for their goods and equally many retailers, intermediaries and purchasers who desired those high quality, original items but through lack of time, contacts or language skills were unable to find them.
